Job Responsibilities:

  • Aligning technology with business strategy and goals working directly with Accenture’s global HR Reporting and Insights organization gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement best practice business changes.
  • Demonstrate functional, domain knowledge, or offering expertise in HR process areas internally within the organization and externally.
  • Understanding the User requirements and gathering the report requirements.
  • Designing the report & validating the report output and sharing the report/ report data to the customer.
  • Testing the report outcomes.
  • Creating worklets, menu reports, and the attaching the external links to the dashboards.
  • Have visibility to & manage conversations with RTE & Product Owners
  • Summarize PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (with RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency
  • Assist tracking the execution of Epics and Features, via the Portfolio and Program dashboards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Good knowledge in workday reporting area, with the implementation experience of different types of reports.  Also hands-on experience on creating dashboards.
  • Hands on experience in creating different kinds of reports, like advance, matrix, composite, etc.,
  • Experience Implementing different dashboards with various reports.
  • Gathering the requirements from the client
  • Analyzing the varies reports available in workday & picking up the report which suits the customer requirements.

Desirable Skills for the role:

  • Certified in Advanced reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certified in Prism analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Skilled in agile, familiarity with SAFe
  • Human Capital Management functional knowledge especially surrounding Core HCM
