IT Support Technician

Description

  • Provide first-line IT support to staff and users
  • Perform routine maintenance of IT systems and hardware
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems and software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Assist with IT projects as required
  • Ensure the security and privacy of systems and data
  • Contribute to the development of IT protocols and procedures
  • Support the team with any additional IT-related tasks

Profile

A successful IT Support Technician should have:

  • A strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT project management principles
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
